Meet the team: introducing… Tamara

What’s your position at Sanjay’s clinic? When did you join?
My role is medical secretary and I started with the team in December 2021.

What did you do before joining the practice?

Previously, I was a booking and events assistant and a receptionist.

How do you help our patients? 

I help the patients by assisting them with their review appointments and booking in any operations.

What’s the best part about your job? 

Meeting such brave, beautiful patients. It’s inspiring.

What keeps you going at work?

The people! My team are so kind and supportive, as well as the patients who are all so unique and friendly.

What inspires you? 
People, nature, music, travelling and science.

Outside of work, what do you do for fun?

I love to go bouldering. It’s a really interesting sport which challenges you both physically and mentally.
