NATIONAL BREAST CANCER AWARENESS MONTH

As many of you would know, October is National Breast Cancer Awareness Month – an important time to come together to educate about, and raise funds for, breast cancer research, treatment and prevention.

Thanks to generous funding and dedicated scientists, we are regularly seeing developments in breast cancer treatments and in understanding the disease.

This better understanding of the complex nature and biology of breast cancer is allowing us to help patients make better decisions regarding treatment, giving hope to breast cancer patients and their families.

For many of us, October is not only a time for awareness and fund raising. National Breast Cancer Awareness Month is also an important time for those reflecting on loved ones touched by breast cancer, or those battling breast cancer themselves.

Please feel free to visit my website for more information including useful resources for breast cancer prevention and treatment and ways we help breast cancer patients feel cared for, or you can contact us by clicking here.
